Chili Cashew Dip

  • 3.5 oz Chilis in Adobo Sauce (half a 7 oz can)
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt or sea salt
  • 3-5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor except for olive oil. Process on high speed until uniform. 

  2. Slowly add in olive oil until dip reaches desired consistency. Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary. 

  3. Top with chopped cashews and herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.
