While I haven’t received formal training, I was lucky enough to grow up in a home that emphasized the importance of quality ingredients and home cooking. I believe in simple meals that use healthy high quality ingredients, but I also believe that some occasions call for something a little special. I get my kitchen inspiration from the books I read, the restaurants I go to and the places I travel.
I currently live in the city of San Francisco with my official “sous chef,” travel buddy, and favorite person – Steve.
When Steve and I relocated to California I began exploring a new dimension to enjoying food – cooking cannabis infused meals! After graduating from law school I was searching for the best use of my education. When I stumbled upon the cannabis industry, I knew it was a perfect fit of passion and purpose. I am using my my education to navigate the legal world of cannabis, and my passion for good food to explore the word of cannabis infused dining.
I am constantly amazed by the ever expanding list of benefits and applications for cannabis. Whether it’s the best night of sleep you’ve had in a while or laughing with your friends, cannabis has the power to heal and bring people together. I have taken the quality recipes that I have always made, and found natural ways to infuse those meals with cannabis. Of course all of my recipes are “infusion optional” and will work beautifully with or without cannabis. My goal is to provide the education and recipes necessary to empower home cooks to create tasty cannabis infused meals in the comfort of their own homes.
